Hi, I own a Samsung Galaxy S5. For some reason it says that my device memory is full the whole time and I try to uninstall applications and delete files but still it somehow fills up and says it's full again. I tried to check in the file manager and select all files and check their size and it's only around 4GB while when I check storage usage it 14.58GB is used and a lot of it is 'others'. I have read somewhere that I may find hidden files or folders by using ES File Explorer but nothing changed, when I select all and check properties it's around the same figure of 4GB but yet again when I see the usage it shows that I use up all my memory.
Any known solution to this? I would really appreciate the help.
