Why is Samsung Keyboard using up the most of my battery?!?

For those affected by the Samsung Keyboard eating battery, try Settings>Apps>Samsung Keyboard>Storage

Clear cache and clear data.

Try again.

You could also uninstall updates (sicne you can't fully uninstall the keyboard), then reinstall those and see if that works.

Chitwon28, did you transfer your apps and data from your old phone when you got the new phone? I know when doing that I've had to re-install an occassional app that's misbehaving.

Agree with this. I did just this and yes, many of my apps had to be reinstalled to get them to work properly. I still would do it that way again as it is an easy way to get them all on your new phone even with having to reinstall some of them.

Have you done the basic stuff, some of which has been suggested?

Force stop the app, clear it's cache and turn your phone off and on again. It's a meme for a reason.

If that doesn't work disable and re-enable the app.

If that doesn't work, as someone said, clear data and uninstall updates.

Does this option consume battery possibly? I have 2 of them turned on.

~~If you go to 'Apps' in settings & select Samsung Keyboard, you should see the three dot menu in the upper right hand corner which will allow you to uninstall updates. (Attached screenshot)

~~I have all the third-party content disabled in the select third-party content to use option.

~~Third-party content is part of the keyboard app so in theory it would use battery.

I'd roll back the Samsung Keyboard app to the original version, reboot, then update the app in Play store.

...but I can't find a way to do that.

Go in to the Galaxy Store and see if there's an update for the keyboard.
