Why will my phone not turn on?

[Android Central Question]

I have an LG Optimus L90 phone. It has been running on Kitkat and I just decided to update it to Lollipop. I downloaded the update and as it downloaded, it seemed to be going fine, with the progress bar moving along. Once it got to 100%, it seemed to have gone black. I could not turn it on and I even switched the battery after about 15 minutes as it has a removable battery and it still did not work. This might have been because of a lack of storage space when I downloaded the update. I forgot to look before updating. But I thought that it would just delete things if there wasn't enough space, not shut down the phone. Does anyone have any tips for me?
