Youtube app bug?

I have noticed while using my native youtube app that my phone has a very annoying bug. I want to know if im the only one! Please try this for me:

1. Open the youtube app and search for a video (anything will work)
2. After the results have pulled up for your search, tap the magnifying glass on the top right corner and search for a different video.

When I do this my second search DOES NOT WORK! I have to go back to the home screen to search for another video. Very annoying!

My buddy has a Evo and does not have the bug. Am I the only one?

Nope, works fine for me.
Has this happened more than once for you?
Could have been just a connection error.

Its an everytime occurance.

I also noticed the problem is only with the updated software. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the update but the problem sill exists.

Does anyone have a possible solution to the bug?

There us a update in the market for youtube. You have to do it manually.
just goto the market, search for youtube, download it and install it. It will replace the one preinstalled on your phone.

Hmm...mine has froze once after the update but no other issues
