zumocast not working

so i found all the isntrcutions to sideload zumocast on my gs2 and my computer.
i got my computer folder configured to share in zumocast.
on my phone, in the zumocast app, i can see the folder and all the videos
but when i go to play one, the screen will turn white for about 30 seconds
then it goes black for about 30 seconds
then an error comes up saying it may not be able to play that type of file.
i've tried all types of files and it wont play any.
anyone know what file type zumocast will play?
or does anyone have zumocast installed on their gs2 and working?

I got a Bionic and it plays mp4s, it took about a minute and a half for it to start, I also got it to play mp3's but it wont make its own playlist, I think, so it will play all 10k of my songs. I threw my poweramp playlist in the folder and it didn't read them so I don't know about that. and where is the file folder on my phone?
