DNA piggybacking on the S4/One hardware?

I noticed that NOVA 3 was updated a few days ago and tried it today; the menu bar is now gone and performance seemingly got a big boost. Because the DNA shares the same GPU and screen resolution as many phones that are being realeased this quarter, can we expect improved game/app compatibility?

Of course, but I'm saying that as the One and other 1080p phones with snapdragon SoCs have almost identical configurations to the DNA, we should see more apps become more optimized for our DNA even if they aren't specifically designed with it in mind. For instance, GTA III just followed suite yesterday (lost the black bar + had a slight performance boost, though it still doesn't run very well).
