Gmail & Market App not working

Funny, I just uninstalled Neutron media player. After that, the Android Market app and Gmail app stopped working. The screen flashes white and goes back to the home screen. Has anyone encountered this problem?

Droid Incredible 2 with gingerbread.

And I'd like to save the factory reset for last. All other ideas welcome.

I experienced that problem too with my marketplace. The thing I did was factory reset. I thought it was the market place itself by itself but after 3 days I did the reset. It's not that bad really doing the reset.

I'm beginning to see that. Will reset shortly and find out.

Resolved by factory reset. I'm not thrilled but everything is working now.

I did the reset also about 2 weeks ago, but today the same thing happened again...the market app stopped working, very irritating.
