Question for anyone that's bought a new phone out of contract.

Having just bought the Bionic a few months ago, I couldn't finagle an upgrade, so I'm buying the Nexus out of contract ($600-$750). Anyway, 3 questions:

1. They never deny you an out of contract phone as long as willing to pay the full price right?

2. It doesn't effect your current contract or current upgrade date?

3. Can you buy it from a corporate store from out of state? I live in Georgia, but depending on when it's released, I may be in KY. I assume any corporate store will sell to you and activate, regardless of where your contract state is?

I bought my 10.1 tab off contract.
Its all good. I would never buy from an authorized retailer....
Corporate is always better.

I have a question to add to this. Will/can buying this phone off contract allow it to be covered by asurion (insurance)?

Yup. I bought the Bionic, and added it on without issue. (before I returned both)
