After 5 months a new problem comes up

Its odd but its happened twice today a screen pops up saying that the Sims card is removed and the device needs to reset iv checked the Sims card is fully in any one can help I'd appreciate it

Have you popped it out and put it back in? It could just need a reseating. If that doesn't work, go get a new one from VZW.

Yeah I did that last night Verizon did some sync of data and phone its a new Sims like less then two weeks old
