Just called Verizon (local store) and was told they won't have any in store till the 29th. So I guess a pre order is the best thing to do.

I placed my Order on 10/24 ~11:45 pm and just received the notification that my CC was charged the amount for the phone. It's probably too late to ship out today (carriers usually have a 5:30-6 pm cutoff) so in all likelihood will ship out tomorrow with a receive by date of 11/29. This is exactly what Verizon has been telling us.

Coming from an iPhone pre order person every model the sent for processing change means its about to be shipped. I go thru everything you people are every model and this time I am heading to Verizon or bestbuy on Thursday to buy the note. Bye apple.

same here. talked with a verizon rep at my store today and she said they would have them available on thursday. although she did say they haven't even gotten them in the stores yet. that seems a little concerning to me. i would've thought the phones would have been in the store already. @insider joe, curious if you know when your store will be getting their stock in?
