I had to call VZW because I tried to pay cash in the store to pre-order and they made me buy a gift card and used the gift card instead of a credit card. VZW said that my order has been processed and shipped out.

I ordered on NOVEMBER 15th. Card just got charged and Order Status changed to "Currently being processed, Check back tomorrow".

They have your SIM ready on the system. Probably already loaded in the device too.
