Verizon Galaxy Note 2 - Netflix does not look good

Hi folks, do you think the 4.3 will fix Netflix? It does not stream well on my Note 2. Any suggestions?

I think so....

I bought a cheap $49 Verizon Moto G prepaid phone last week. It came with Kit Kat. I was amazed when I noticed that Netflix looked so good on it. (compared side-by-side with my Verizon Galaxy Note 2) Apparently only phones with 4.3 can stream Netflix in high definition.
