Notifications - dumb question

Does Rezound only notify you once if you get a voicemail or message, as in, just plays the selected sound once and then puts the teeny little thing up on the bar on the top and that's it, that's all you get??? So other than checking my phone every single time I walk away from it, there's no other way it tells you that something came in?

The LED flashes unless the phone is charging.

Thanks, but, that's it? No reminder sounds? Even my dumbphone had that!

I have go sms, you can set your reminder settings in depth. For a text it reminds me every 5 mins for 5 times, turns screen on, but not unlock. Can even set a different ringtone for the reminder if you really felt like it
