Updated tbolt and died

I just recently updated to ICS on the Tbolt and it died. It wont go past the HTC screen. Tried all the normal procedures including hard reset. Any help with this? Thanks

In that case, I would recommend calling Verizon and telling them that your phone died right after you accepted the update. See if they'll hook you up with a new phone.
