The iPhone isn't THAT much better as far as battery goes anyway.
would you exchange the thunderbolt for the iphone 4??
Actually, the iPhone 4 battery destorys any other media heavy smartphone. Having said that, that's mostly due to the fact that the iPhone's processor is underclocked to only 800MHZ and it doesn't have true multitasking and obviously, no 4G.

LOL. Battery life on the iPhone 4 is laughable at best... charged to 100% @ 1 am directly followed by bed... already charging again around 4 pm... Sadly, I was upset with the Droid 2 and went for the ihaveittooPhone (currently thinking I would take a buggy OS any day over this phone!) and have almost paid the full retail on several occassions for the TB... My D2 underclocked to 800 MHZ, on the other hand, could go 3 days easy... meh lol
On topic: I had the EVO (and sadly had to give it up due to lack of service :/) and even between 0-1 bars, i got ~30 hrs on a phone that ppl say gets 3 hrs max. lol.
I actually have both phones right now and I beg to differ. Yes, both phones are in 3G (no 4G in my town) and it's negligible at best. It's all about how the end user uses the phone...and in my experience, the difference is small.
