Error when trying to receive update

[Super Turtleman]

My Note 3 is stock (not rooted) on Android 4.3

When I go to look for an update, I get the error "unfortunately the process com.samsung.syncmlservice has stopped".

Does anyone know how to fix this or how to get around it?

You can try updating via KIES as well.
