I currently have the iPhone 6 Plus on Verizon Wireless on my Unlimited Data line. I am also under contract until 11/2017. I would like to get the new iPhone 7 Plus via Apple Upgrade Program on apple.com ...

Will I lose my unlimited data plan if I do their 24 month payment plan?

No, because Apple's plan doesn't go through the carriers. You could buy it and just use it on Wi-Fi if you wanted to.
