Full 3.1 rom

Does anyone know where I can get the FULL and latest 3.1 ROM. I am going to purchase an Iconia tomorrow, and wanted to make sure I had the latest software installed. I have heard there are problems with the OTA and WiFi, so I would much rather just install the full ROM if it is available.

Same Place look for [OTA] Full Package and Update. There are all the full packages and its updates
