Turn off Samsung MyApps wizard

Hi,

I just did an update of my Galaxy Note 3, Android 4.4.2.

After this I get messages every hour from MyApps Wizard - a Samsung app. It acts like a virus I would say. Fills the entire screen.

I found it in the apps list but it can not be uninstalled or have notifications disabled, buttons grayed out!

I force stopped it now. How do I get rid of it?

Sorry if I posted in the wrong board. I found no appropriate board under Note 3.

ADD: These messages to activate and set up Samsung MyApps Wizard keep coming even though I force stopped it. This is extremely annoying. How do I get rid of these messages and the app?

ADD: I couldn't take these frequent and very annoying messages that cover the entire screen any more. I opened the app and replied to its questions. I think I should not hear from it any more. I post more if so.

The user agreement to approve is in Portuguese! I bought the phone in Brazil but that is my only connection to that language! My Android language setting is English.

Samsung makes great phones. But this is really bad I think.
