One of the things in Jellybean that REALLY causes me grief is the limit on the number of recipients for a text message.

Such as: I routinely need to send an SMS to a group of 43 people.
With ICS it was simple: Open my messaging app; add the group to the To box; compose the message, hit Send, and it's done.

With JB I do the same thing, but it refuses to to send to more than ten recipients at a time. It starts sending, but after ten messages are gone it forces me to click "Allow" for each of the remaining 33 names.

Yes - I need to click "Allow" for every single message - thirty-three times.

Insane, and a bug report has been filed: https://code.google.com/p/android/is...etail?id=36617

Has this stupid limit been removed in KitKat?

I am in the exact same position, I need to send a lot of texts on a regular basis. I updated my Galaxy S4 to CM11 through the jfltexx ROM and it does not seem to ask me to 'authorise' all the messages sent which is so much better!!!! Let me know if anyone else has this. So it would appear KitKat has removed the stupid limit! :-)

    Cheers
