No option for battery saver

I've been reading about the battery saver feature on lollipop and how to get to it, but when I go into my power management menu there is no option to bring up another menu in the corner. Is the lollipop battery saver only on certain phones? I have a Blu studio energy 2.

Have you checked the BLU Smartphone Community on Google+? That might be your best option for support.

I'm not sure about a specific menu for battery saving with Lollipop. However, OEMs build their own battery saving settings/features that may or may not be included with your device.
