how do I unblock an app I blocked forever ago?

I used a "block bloatware tool" a couple years back and removed verizon messages plus when I was actively using my turbo. I have a g6 now and I need to send it in to get warranty work done, so Ill be reverting to this phone. I like how verizon messages can be integrated among different devices so I get all my texts and everything no matter what phone I may be using. I downlaoded the same block bloatware tool I used and it seems the developers have patched this ability and the program no longer works. I have android 6.0.1. I cant simply download and reinstall the app because it doesnt show up no matter how many times Ive tried in the play store. The app shows up as enabled on my applications menu, but its like its not there. Thoughts? Its not rooted. I just want to "unblock" it
