Soft Buttons That Don’t Use accessibility services

I’m looking for a soft navigation buttons app that doesn’t need accessibility services.

My Android device isn’t a phone and doesn’t have accessibility services. It just a back button for navigation as default.

There are no apps that can use/invoke the button functions without the use of the Accessibility Services or root access. Not sure what kind of device you're talking about, but even tablets have these services.
