Notifications on/off widget

Hey dudes. I'm wondering if there is a widget out there to toggle all sounds except the ringer on and off? All the apps and widgets I'm finding to control the sounds don't offer this option or they are more complicated than I'd like. Coming from a BB I'm used to switching my sound profile to "phone calls only" before I go to bed so I don't get woken up in the middle of the night from an email, text, etc. A simple widget for notifications on/off or ringer only would be great and I'm sure a lot of the former BB users would jump on it.

That looks nice and simple and very close to what I'm looking for. Think I'll give it a try.
