Offline File Sync

Does anyone know any good apps to sync files for offline use? We're getting ready to deploy 75 Galaxy 10.1 tabs and we want each one to sync files we place in either a cloud storage, Sharepoint, or elsewhere to be available and sync for offline use when they connect. I have found one app that worked well for the iPad i tested and they have the same app for the Android os called SharePlus to sync to Sharepoint. Works great as long as it's opened to sync which will probably be the case with any app. I just wanted to know if there were any other options. Dropbox isn't good for us since you have to open the doc first.

This dev makes some nice apps including one which will work in the background for some of what you're looking for...Cheetah Sync

It's close but we are looking more for syncing one folder/sharepoint site/google docs account to all 75 devices at one time so they all have access to the sames files. I did just see we could possibly use dropbox and then buy a dropsync program that will sync the files from dropbox automatically. That might fix the problem with having to open the files first on dropbox.
