Browser for Jelly Bean

I just got a Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD 2 days ago. It came with ICS. Up until that time, I was using a Bionic from last year which didn't have ICS. Yesterday, my phone updated to Jelly Bean and came with the Chrome. The standard Browser was nowhere to be found. Unlike Browser, Chrome will not let me set a home page, so every time I want to go to my favorite page, I need to search. I'm hoping as I get more time with this device I'll figure out the navigation. Does anyone know of any browser that is compatible with JB and which allows you to set a home page?
