Froyo Flash preferences

Can someone tell me if there is way to modify the way that webpages will load flash content? I could have sworn that I saw someone on a video on AC setting up some hidden flash preferences so that the page would only load/play flash content if the specific image was pressed? Is this at all possible?

Evo 4G with Froyo.

It should be under your browser settings. If not there, I know Skyfire has an "On-demand" setting for plug-ins like Flash.

i have a motorola droid but if you go into the browser and go to settings there should be a button that says ENABLE PLUG-INS, just click that and then choose ON DEMAND
