I just use Google Now. "What's the weather in San Francisco?" Is there a particular reason you'd like a different app? Do you prefer a dedicated weather widget?

I use Weather Timeline. It's a paid app but looks great and I have not had any issues with it at all. $0.99 on the play store if I'm not mistaken. If you want a free app I would suggest Yahoo Weather, 1Weather or Weather Underground.

Have been using Accuweather for several years. It has several good widgets with any launcher. Most recently used it with Next 3D Shell and Nova Launcher. Very accurate and good radar.

Yahoo weather. It has a widget for your home screen which displays the time in large block typeface as well as weather info. You can set multiple locations and toggle through them.

My most-used weather app is Accuweather. Really like the "MinuteCast" which shows you precipitation predictions minute-by-minute over the next 2 hours. And it's usually pretty accurate.
