Problems with the Audio

I have a 2016 Hyundai Sonata and an LG G Stylo cellphone and I cannot hear Android Auto when I activate it. I can see the nav on the screen but do not hear the voice. My music shows like it is playing but I don't hear anything. Anyone have any idea how to fix this or how to contact Support for Android Auto

Do you have the volume up on your phone?
Do you have the volume up in your car?
Is the phone connected via USB?
Have you started the AA app in your car?
