Problem suddenly w/ '18 CRV

So I'm using pie on an axon 7.
Android auto used to work perfectly via USB to the Honda's infotainment system. Android auto launches and I can play music, use maps, phone calls, etc.
However, recently when using maps there is no voice guidance. All settings seem to be correct. Even when a turn is coming up the music gets lower and there isn't any voice coming through. If I use Android auto on my phone via Bluetooth, no issues with turn by turn navigation.
I have unpaired the devices and just factory reset the Honda head unit.

Should I reset my phone? Last resort but I am at my wits end.

Please provide any advice. Thanks.

Uninstall Maps. Reinstall Maps. Less of a problem that a factory reset. It may help, it may not, but it just takes a minute.
