Why Streaming app isn't working on Android TV version 8.

[Android Central Question]

I don't have knowledge of Android, 0%. What I am trying to do, to run below application on my Android TV (AKAI TV Model : ME-TV358)

Name - AirTel xStream on playstore

This is streaming app like primevideo, hotstart, netflix.. etc, which is working fine on Android phone & IOS. The app information on PlayStore shows it runs on Android TV as well but when I am istalling on my Android TV it's instaling fine but while opening it's giving that not compatible with your device. Can I fix this in some way !

Android TV is NOT supported. See this reply from comments on Google Play "
