Moto z Turbo power charging

Is there any way to get around Lenovo's proprietary charging standard? The accessories that are "turbo charge" compatible with the Moto z fam seem to be those coming straight from Lenovo. Am I wrong?

Fortunately, yes! Lenovo's TurboCharge is actually Quick Charge, so any Qualcomm Quick Charge-compatible AC adapter will work just fine.
