Microphone pop up message on Samsung A70

[Android Central Question]

Hello, on my Samsung A70 - brand new, software was updated - every time my app (for learning chinese Chinese Simple HSK 1) accesses the microphone, I get an annoying pop up message at the bottom of the screen, informing me of the fact that the audio input will be recorded in my Google account.
This pops up on top of the app GUI - and its buttons - and therefore makes the app extremely annoying to use.
Can anyone tell me how to disable these popups?
