Why am I getting a text saying that my phone has malware and I need to turn on my URL in settings

[Android Central Question]

It's from a strange number telling me this and with people hacking phones etc. I don't feel comfortable with doing things that I am asked to do by somebody who doesn't I.D. themselves as y'all or Google!!!! What should I do, and would this be y'all that's doing this!!!
