No longer have 4g service

[Android Central Question]

I updated to Android 10 two days ago. I no longer have 4g LTE service and my internet crawls. I am supposed to have High Speed Data. my plan shows that I still have 30.02 Gbs of data left. The month just rolled over so its not like I am low. I drop service in town now. Does anybody else have this problem
