random reboots..software or hardware issue?

[Android Central Question]

hello,my brand new phone is driving me crazy!,i have a blackview 9800pro phone,since day one i have been addressing a very strange issue that I can't just find a solution for,my phone my phone randomly freezes and i have to hold the power button to reboot it,not just this the other times it suddenly reboots without freezing (sometimes just fast reboot and sometimes the whole os reboot) i have tried every possible solution out there (except rooting) and nothing seems to work,my question is: it a hardware or software issue? and it's hardware issue then how come this doesn't doesn't happen all time ? i mean sometimes it doesn't reboot for like 2 hours of using and this issue is not related to battery being low cause sometimes it reboots at 98% percent

thanks for ur quick reply,already tried that,also tried to flash the stock rom
nothing seems to work

Since it's brand new, I'd look into returning it or exchanging it while you can.
