Question Random Vibrations and Apps Opening

My Galaxy S21+ has been randomly vibrating as if I've received a notification or text, but I have no notifications. It sometimes happens in bursts as of I've just started up my phone and it's getting all the notifications. Also, my Capital One credit card app keeps opening by itself. If I close the app it will eventually reopen itself. Leaving the app open keeps it from opening for a bit but it does happen again eventually.

Clear the cache for your capital one app and reboot.

Welcome to Android Central! If it persists, then see if it still happens in Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/. The Capital One app won't be able to open in Safe Mode in the first place, but you can see if those random vibrations still happen. If they don't, then some app you installed is causing the issue. Narrowing it down can be tedious, because you'd have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away. Since Capital One keeps opening, that would be the first app to uninstall as a test.
