Can't find Rowrite app in app store

[Android Central Question]

I just purchased a product that says its available in the app store. It should be compatible with android 5 and up and I'm on android 10. but the Rowrite app doesn't appear in the list. Can anyone explain why this might be?

As I type in "rowrite" I see a suggested search of "rowrite smart writing pad", is this it? When I select that search I don't get results that match that name. Is it possible there's a region restriction on the app?

If you purchased it, surely they have a support team. Have you tried contacting them for a link to the app?
