My fingerprint is missing.

My techno po our ² fell and got blank .I took it 4 a repair on bring it back my everything about fingerprint is missing pls help

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that the phone no longer has a fingerprint unlock feature? Take the phone back to the repair shop and ask them about it.

Usually repair shop will factory reset the phone , was it reset?

If they replaced a part (like the motherboard), it's possible they disrupted a connection important for the fingerprint sensor.
