Why Is my Speaker on my phone getting hot and making a buzzing stactic sound

So I recently went on a road trip and came back and lost it (at home) when I got it back it was dead so I charged it and it got hot like really hot so I was wondering if it's broken or something and how do I fix it? (Its A Lg K )

Once you charged it and turned it on the speaker start acting up?

Welcome to Android Central! Chances are it's not the speaker getting hot, but rather the battery or some motherboard component. Is the phone charging correctly and powering on successfully?
