My apps stopped working I can’t open any nor connect to Bluetooth

I have a android car stereo in my car it was working just fine until it wasn’t then all my apps stopped working they force quit after I tap on them and my Bluetooth stopped working also the only conclusion I could come to is that it maybe locked it self? because someone was trying to connect and getting the wrong pin but I’m not sure please help

Welcome to Android Central! Is it a no-name or off-brand manufacturer? Those will almost always have quality issues. You may want to try doing a factory reset and starting over.
