    When you download content using the Youtube app, it gets saved in a restricted folder you won't have access to. Those downloads are protected by DRM and are not intended something you can keep as your own. They're simply a convenience measure to you can still view them when you're not connected to WiFi or mobile data (cellular).
    Don't use Google's Youtube app to steal other people's work, there are plenty of other alternatives to do so.
