Me and my daughter shares a Alcatel tablet and she did something now I can’t get out of kids mode and it’s asking for a pin

Welcome to Android Central! In order to set up Kids Mode, someone would've had to create a PIN. If no one knows what that PIN is, then the tablet is pretty much useless. You could try to do a factory reset through the Recovery Menu, but this will trigger Factory Reset Protection -- as long as you know the Google account and password associated with the device, you can get past that.
