I need help stressing out

I tried rooting my phone which obviously did work I think its because its locked to Verizon its model is sch I605. im stuck at the screen that says firmware upgrade encountered an isuue bla blah, you guys are familier with it, anyway I cant get the the hard reset or the download screen what can I do?????
