Reset Factory Setting on S3 - cant find back up made before reset

Hi, i am in desperate need of help or advise please. my S3 was freezing all the time and yesterday morning I did a back up to (gmail) and reset factory settings. It seems like I have lost everything (Not picking up my sd card, all my images, music, documents - GONE) So I have loaded some pictures from my pc onto my phone after the reset, and there are pictures I deleted a very long time ago (In a folder that says Autoback-up) - Now it doesn't give me the option to delete it AGAIN. Do you suggest I do another reset and then try to get my back up back on my phone from yesterday morning (Before the reset) PLEASE HELP me. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.

We'd have to know more about how you did the backup. You don't backup your whole phone to Gmail, and Android's "Backup Data" feature is only for certain data, not everything.
