Charging phones

[AC Question]

Are all the power cords for Samsung Straosphere, Samsung gaxys4 , Kindle and Kindle fire interchangeable? The plugs all fit lall the devices but the transformers going into the wall socketl show slightly different voltage ranges.

There should be OK, so long as it is 5v +/-10%. Keep in mind that they might have different amperage so the charging speed might vary
