forget the pattern and verifying gmail account doesn't work

Hi All,
I have serious problem here, somehow the pattern doesn't work with me and I failed in the 5 attempts, the screen comes with my email account and password, but the problem that mobile data connection don't want to work .
in the power bottom menu, it shows disabled, and I turn it on , it just stays for 1 second and disappear again , I couldn't verify my email because of this.
IS there any solution for this without reset my phone ? or at least I need to back my sms and contacts before reset.
