Samsung Galaxy Prevail 2 storage issue.

[AC Question]

So, I've had my phone for about 7 months now and it's all around been a decent phone. But a day or so ago I got the "insufficient storage" notification. I get it once in a while and I'll just delete some pictures and that's that. But now, it won't even let me go to my gallery without a error message saying I have to "delete files." I have deleted files and I have an sd card in it, I have plenty of storage space, but the notification is still there and I still can't go to my pictures or use Snapchat. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
