s3 problem

[AC Question]

the boat i was on sank, i dried my phone in rice. everything works but the screen will not light up, s voice works, touch screen works so does audio i can even make calls. what parts do i need or could this be a software issue cause my phone was on when the boat sank

How long did you leave it in the rice? How do you know all the water has been removed from it?
