Root, and install Cyanogenmod with Clockworkmod on Galaxy S4

[AC Question]

I'd like to know if it's possible to:
- Root
- Install Clockworkmod
- Install Cyanogemod

With this version of the Galaxy S4:
- Verizon
- i545
- Build number starts with KOT49H

Thank you very much for any help! If you're interested in getting paid, I'd love to have someone remotely do this, if and only if they have experience with such a thing.

I know Verizon devices are typically tougher to root. I think a Safstrap method may be involved, but I am not sure.
